The wash and style method: Using the care and repair oil as a pre shampoo leave-in treatment.Apply to the scalp before washing your hair. Begin by applying product all over your scalp, making sure to massage it in well. In addition, apply small amounts onto the ends of your hair. Once completed leave in for approximately 15-30 minutes. When done, move onto shampooing and deep conditioning your hair. Before proceeding to style your hair as normal. Double check you have rinsed out all traces of products from your hair and For a more intensive pre shampoo treatment. I suggest leaving it in your hair overnight. So instead of rinsing out after 15-30 minutes, rinse out the following day. Then proceed to wash, deep condition and style your hair as normal. The weekly method:Week one, put a small amount directly onto your scalp once a day. Then massage the product into your scalp well. After massaging the product into your scalp, apply the excess into the ends of your hair. During the second week, repeat steps in week one,  but concentrating additional amounts into your problem areas. In week three, add product directly to the scalp and include your problem areas. Additionally add product to the ends of your hair. Continue to do this up until the night before, or day of your hair wash.
