OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

It would be amazing if you were happy with our products all of the time, but we understand issues arise. If you have an issue with your order/ product please contact customer care. This can be done by live chat, our contact form or by email info@laazara.com.

Once your refund request has been recieved. A memeber from our customer care team will handle your return and any order issues your having. 


Once your return request has been accepted. You have 21 days from the day you recieve your order. To return your item/s back to us for a full refund excluding shipping charges.

If you make a purchase from us between November 2021 to December 20th 2021 you will have untill January 30th to return qualfying items.


When we recieve your returned item/s we will do a full inpection. After your return has been inpected, you will be notified by email letting you know the satus of your refund.


Refunds will be processed within 24 - 48 hours and applied as store credit. Or back to your original payment method. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for you to recieve your refund.

Due to hygiene reason we can not accept returns on  jewellery, sunglasses, underwear, hair, skin and beauty products. Refunds also exclude all sale/ discounted items.
